fragile economic situation and construction capabilities of the
surrounding community. Designed to be a modern example of
change to a community looking to regain its national identity,
the residence is set up as a series of houses joined by a
central walk, and protected at its perimeter by thickened walls,
with the view to the south that opens to the Atlantic Ocean.
