Located in mountains of Asheville, NC this quaint cabin is the
dream of a true weekend mountain man. Designed based on
the 12’x 12’ allowable footprint for non-reviewable structures,
the solution provides a horizontal and vertical alternative for
mountain getaway. Along with the challenge of designing a
small space the remoteness of the site provides a challenge
for getting supplies to the clearing, the owner is interested in
the potential of a prefabricated unit brought up in two
segments and flown onto the site via a helicopter.
