A Warehouse building along Capital Boulevard in Raleigh,
this project is one of many possible northern gateways for the
downtown; the concept work was generated with Empire
Properties who is currently in the process of modernizing
portions of the site.  The industrially themed solution
minimizes expenses for the tenants while creating a pleasing
new signage system and accessible ramps for the continuous
loading dock.
